Hung Yen adjusts to increase investment capital for 23 projects

According to the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Hung Yen province, since the beginning of the year, this unit has granted investment registration certificates for 15 projects and adjusted to increase investment capital for 23 projects, with a total capital new and adjusted investment increased by about 234 million USD and about 2,089 billion VND.

In July alone, the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Hung Yen province has granted investment registration certificates for 4 projects and adjusted to increase capital for 2 projects; with a total newly and additionally adjusted investment capital of 225 billion VND and about 40 million USD.

In July, the infrastructure investors of industrial parks in the province also paid compensation and site clearance for households with about 67 hectares. From the beginning of the year until now, the infrastructure investors of industrial parks in Hung Yen have paid compensation and ground clearance for households about  354 ha; in which Clean Industrial Park (143.08 ha) has basically completed payment of compensation and site clearance for households. At the same time, the infrastructure investors of industrial parks continue to complete investment in the construction of technical infrastructure of industrial parks on an area of 64 hectares.

Also in July, the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Hung Yen province held an appraisal of the feasibility study report for 4 investment projects in the industrial park; granting and adjusting construction permits for an investment project in industrial parks; inspect the acceptance of completed construction works and put them into use for 7 investment projects in the industrial park. At the same time, receiving and processing 8 applications for registration of labor regulations of enterprises in industrial parks in the province and 1 application for approval to use ABTCs.

In August, the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Hung Yen province continued to urge and support the infrastructure investors of the industrial parks to speed up the progress of land clearance and invest in the construction of technical infrastructure the industrial parks. business on the land area that has been compensated for site clearance, leased. At the same time, continue to carry out synchronously and effectively activities to attract investment into industrial parks in the province, especially on-site investment promotion activities; promote administrative reform, improve business investment environment, and support businesses; strengthening the application of information technology in management, administration and performance of public duties is closely linked with administrative reform.
